About Roland A. Rosello

With more than five decades of legal experience, Roland A. Rosello, Esq. is a seasoned trial attorney dedicated to advocating for individuals and families in complex litigation matters. A graduate of The University of South Florida and Stetson University College of Law, Mr. Rosello has been practicing law in Florida since 1974 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Rosello has led and partnered in respected litigation practices and previously served as a felony trial attorney with the State Attorney’s Office, 13th Judicial Circuit. His practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death, premises and product liability, medical and dental malpractice, professional negligence, insurance disputes, and disability litigation, among other areas. He is also a certified circuit civil and county court mediator and serves as an arbitrator in state matters.

A member of the The Florida Bar and multiple trial-lawyer associations, Mr. Rosello is known for his courtroom skill, meticulous preparation, and unwavering commitment to client advocacy. He has tried numerous jury cases across Florida counties and has handled appeals through oral argument before Florida’s appellate courts.
