Often, Mr. Roselllo will meet with clients on weekends who have been in a serious accident or are taken to the hospital after an injury on someone else’s property or after being attacked at a hotel, mall or restaurant-bar. There is video which needs to be secured and not disposed of until the entire claim is resolved. Video film is everywhere today and is so important when it captures the injury and how it occurred.
Mr. Rosello will meet clients in their homes and even at the accident site or slip and fall location to see and better understand how you came to be injured. Photographs of the scene before and recently after will reflect changes which were made by the owner or occupier of the premises which may be helpful later when the premises owner takes the position that on the day of the incident “the property was as safe as possible.”. Mr. Rosello will meet you at the scene and have you describe exactly how you came to be injured; where you were when you were injured and who saw you get injured. Just because you are hurt on someone’s else’s property, the client has the burden of proving that the condition which caused the injury “created by the employees of the premises owner or occupier ” or existed for a period of time that the premises owner or occupier knew or should have known of the existence of the hazardous and / or dangerous condition.”

Although each of Mr. Rosello’s clients is told there is never a guaranteed outcome that can be predicted, each client will see Mr. Rosello will always vigorously represent each client in each case from beginning to end.
